Created in the style of many big band and vocal groups from the past, Remember When is a performing Vocal Group, singing Big Band Vocals, Jazz Standards and Movie Favorites in the greater Los Angeles area. The music is presented in a close harmony four part (SATB) style. The group performs both
A'cappella numbers and with a big band sound tracks for a full orchestration of sound.
Remember When's musical selections features Jazz Standards, Movie and Broadway favorites tunes & Big Band Vocals. Many of the tunes are very familiar to the general public. All of their music is from the Great American Song Book, performed in a unique multi-part jazz harmony style.
Our musical style is reminiscent and similar to that of many great vocal groups
from the Big Band Era and today's vocal jazz scene. If you like the vocal
style of the Pied Pipers, the Modernaires, the Ink Spots, the Hi-Lo's, the Mills Brothers, Manhattan Transfer,
or New York Voices, you will really enjoy Remember When.
